Tuscany is a region that never ceases to amaze ,offering culinary delights known and appreciated all over the world. The TRUFFLE is one of these Tuscan treasures.In our small family-run farm,with help of our faithful four-legged friends and the presence of natural truffle beds (woods) located in other Tuscan provinces,we are able to search for,collect and transform high quality white and black truffles. Rare jewels that nature offers nearly year-round.

The TRUFFLE is a rare and prized mushroom that grows underground in specific uncontaminated environments. The search for this (very difficult) prize is carried out by Flavio (the truffle hunter) with the help of trained dogs, which generates a very special, almost fraternal, relationship between man and dog.
